Banana & honey face mask – Moisturize and fight acne
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp natural honey
In a small bowl, mash up the banana, add in honey and mix well. Apply on a clean face. Leave on for up to 20 min, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
Avocado face mask – Deep clensing and hydration
Ingredients:
1/4 – 1/2 ripe avocado
In a small bowl, mash the avocado until creamy. Apply carefully on your face. Leave it on for about 15 min then rinse off with water or clean wet towel.
Baking soda face mask – Clears blackheads
Ingredients:
2 tbsp baking soda
water
Put baking soda in a small bowl and slowly start adding water until you get a thick paste like consistency. Apply a layer on your face, leave it work its magic for 20 minutes and rinse. For an extra benefit, you can gently massage your face for a few seconds before rinsing it off.
Honey, nutmeg & cinnamon face mask – Calms and soots stressed out skin
Ingredients:
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey (adjust if needed)
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until you get a thick paste. Apply a thin layer on your face and leave it on for 10-15 min. Then rinse off with water.
Aloe vera & lemon face mask – Reduce dark spots and scars
Ingredients:
1 tbsp aloe vera gel
1 tsp lemon juice
Place your ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Apply on your face and leave it for 10-15 min. Then rinse off with water.
